Market relevance:
The number of channels through which companies communicate has multiplied with their own "owned" and social media channels "earned." The number of channels in companies has also grown accordingly. There is an urgent need to orchestrate messages and content and play them out on all appropriate channels. Many companies find it difficult to solve the cultural, organizational and technical problems on their own. I outlined the six success factors in introducing a newsroom in a LinkedIn post.

Under my responsibility, Microsoft Germany started working in a newsroom model, i.e., topic-based, back in 2010 and digitized this model over the years and developed it into an agile organization.
