CommTech is a new approach that describes a data-driven stakeholder journey similar to the customer journey in marketing. The focus is on the specific individual rather than the target group.
Expertise:
As the initiator and head of the CommTech working group, which brings together more than 450 digital-savvy PR practitioners, I deal with all facets of the digitalization of communication - as I did previously at Microsoft. AG CommTech works in initiatives and interest groups, regularly publishes white papers, offers webinars and organizes face-to-face events such as the CommTech Summit.
